Delivery
Do you ship worldwide?
hund is currently only available to UK based customers.
We do not yet ship internationally, but please bear with us - we are working hard to make hund available to dogs in the EU and beyond!
Do you charge for delivery, and how long will it take?
Delivery times and charges vary according to the type of order you place.
· Subscription orders – Free delivery
Orders to mainland UK addresses are delivered 1-3 working days after subscription payment is processed. We’ll time your deliveries to make sure your dog never runs out of their delicious daily supplements.
· Standard UK Delivery - £3.99 delivery charge
Orders to mainland UK addresses are delivered within 1-3 working days
· Next day UK priority delivery - £6.50 delivery charge
Orders to mainland UK addresses placed before 1pm will be delivered on the next working day
Please note that certain weather conditions and peak periods may slow your order down, so please always allow 72 hours from dispatch for your order to arrive. Please also allow extra time for delivery if you live in the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
Who will deliver my order?
We use a network of trusted delivery partners to ensure your order of hund gets to you as efficiently as possible. All deliveries are tracked for your convenience.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order is packed and shipped. Please note that it might take 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.
What if my order is delayed or lost?
Please refer to the tracking information in the first instance and contact us at hello@hund.london if you need further assistance.
hund Subscriptions
How does the hund subscription model work?
Purchasing a subscription means you never have to worry about running out of hund. You’ll receive regular, automatic deliveries of our delicious daily supplements based on your dog’s weight. Delivery frequency is tailored to your dog’s size, as illustrated in the table below.
- Tiny/Small Dogs (e.g. Chihuahua, Dachshund) - Delivery every 60 Days
- Medium Dogs (e.g. Border Terrier, French Bulldog) - Delivery every 30 Days
- Large Dogs (e.g. Labrador, Golden Retriever) - Delivery every 40 Days (x2 Pouches)
- Extra Large Dogs (e.g. Doberman, St Bernard) - Delivery every 30 Days (x2 Pouches)
Do I get a discount if I purchase a hund subscription?
Yes! All hund subscriptions have an ongoing discount of 20% against the RRP. Plus you will benefit from free tracked deliveries for the duration of your subscription.
Can I update, change, skip or cancel my subscription?
Yes. hund subscriptions offer you full control and flexibility. You can skip deliveries, amend shipping dates, update your address, update your payment details, pause or cancel your subscription (and more!) at any time in your account

Safety
Are your supplements developed with vets?
Yes. hund was developed using veterinary expertise and all the ingredients used are on the UK & EU feed register.
Is hund made in the UK?
Yes. hund is manufactured and packed to the highest safety standards at an ISO accredited manufacturing site in the UK. hund’s delicious chewable supplements are cold pressed to ensure maximum effectiveness.
Is hund safe for all dogs?
hund is safe for adult dogs (1 year old +) without fish or mollusc allergies. However, please consult with your vet before giving hund to:
- Lactating or pregnant bitches.
- Dogs currently on a prescription diet, other supplements or a supplemented diet
- Dogs who are diabetic or suffering from a liver, kidney or blood clotting disorder.
hund is not suitable for puppies under 1 year old
Can I give hund to my puppy?
hund is formulated for adult dogs of 1 year or older and should not be given to puppies.
My dog has eaten a whole pack, what should I do?
hund’s natural ingredients should not cause a problem, but we recommend a simple diet and plenty of water. Mild digestive upset is to be expected and shouldn’t worry you. However, if your dog exhibits symptoms beyond minor digestive discomfort, we recommend contacting your vet.
Can your supplements be used with prescription only medicines?
The answer is usually yes, but please check with your vet first.
Does hund contain any allergens?
Yes. hund contains fish and mollusc and should not be given to dogs with fish or shellfish allergies. All ingredients are listed on the website and packaging, so please check these if your dog has any allergies or intolerances.

How many daily chews does my dog need?

Small dogs (1kg – 15kg)
1 chew per day
Medium dogs (16kg – 25kg)
2 chews per day
Large dogs (26kg – 50kg)
3 chews per day
Do I need to feed my dog all their daily supplements in one go?
Find what works best for your hund! You can split the dose if giving multiple chews, or give them all together.
Should hund be given with food?
hund’s natural cold-pressed formulation means our chewable supplements can be given with or without food. The important thing is to establish a routine, so your dog never misses a dose.
What should I do if my pet won't eat hund daily supplements?
hund chewable supplements are so tasty that they are usually loved by even the fussiest dogs (including ours!). However, in the unlikely event your dog does not enjoy them, hund can be administered by mixing chews into their regular food.
How long do your daily supplements take to work?
You should start to see benefits within 30-60 days of daily use at the recommended serving size.
Does it matter if I miss a day?
Skipping days can reduce the benefits experienced by your dog. For best results, follow the recommendation on the packaging for the number of daily chewable supplements you should give to your dog.
Returns & Refunds
Do you have a Money Back Guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 40 day money back guarantee upon receipt of order.
If, after giving the product at the recommended daily dose for 30 days, you are not satisfied with the results, we will refund your original purchase.
We can only honour the guarantee for 1 opened pouch per household. Unopened pouches with the seal intact can be returned for a full refund, minus a shipping and handling fee of £3.99.
We cannot offer refunds:
- if you have not used the product as directed;
- if you contact us outside the 40 day window;
- if you have not checked the ingredients and discover your dog is allergic to any of the ingredients, after opening the pouch. A full list of ingredients is available on the packaging and website.

Can I return hund products?
We want you to be delighted with your purchase from hund. If you have any issues with your dog not taking to hund immediately, please contact us hello@hund.london so we can help.
Yes. If you have changed your mind after ordering, you have a 14-day return window from the date delivered to open a return request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original pouch. We will not accept returns, or refund products, which have been used or opened (this does not apply to the outer shipping box).
All returns are charged at £3.99 to cover shipping and handling. This will be deducted from any refund due to you before it is processed.
To arrange a return, please contact us at hello@hund.london and we will send you a returns label, by email, within 72 hours. Any refund due will be processed within 72 hours of the return being quality checked and accepted. Once processed, it can take 10 working days for a refund to show in your bank account.
Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return at hello@hund.london These will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
